You will find that our administrators have decades of experience that they bring together collectively to make Champion an exceptional educational and spiritual experience.
Dr. Eric Capaci - President
The ministry and life of Dr. Eric Capaci have truly seen the hand of God. Saved at the age of thirteen, God has allowed Dr. Capaci to accomplish much for His kingdom. Dr. Capaci is known for his zeal, enthusiasm, and love for people. Under his leadership, Champion Baptist College will further equip today's young people with the tools necessary to lead tomorrow's generation.
Dr. Capaci also pastors Gospel Light Baptist Church in Hot Springs, Arkansas.
By His grace, Gospel Light has steadily grown to a ministry with over 1,400 in attendance each week. God has also used Dr. Capaci to provide a wide array of outreach ministries within our community.
Mr. Charlie Shaw – Business Manager
Charlie Shaw is responsible for overseeing the administrative and business aspects of the College. Along with handling these responsibilities, Bro. Shaw is involved in student financial counseling as well as teaching business related courses in the College. He has been involved in Christian college operations for over fifteen years. Bro. Shaw serves on staff at Gospel Light Baptist Church as an Assistant Pastor over the Administrative Offices.
Mr. John Johnson - Dean of Students
As Dean of Students at Champion Baptist College, John Johnson oversees the student services offered by the Dean of Men, Dean of Women, and Student Ministry offices. He also teaches Bible, Baptist History, and science courses. Brother Johnson has served on staff at Gospel Light Baptist Church for eleven years and taught in Gospel Light Baptist School for eight years.
Annette Sepe - Dean of Women & Director of Student Life
Directing the student life program at Champion Baptist College, Annette Sepe oversees dormitory life, training workshops, mentoring programs, student activities, and monthly meetings for the wives of Champion students. As Dean of Women, she spends countless hours counseling and guiding Champion ladies to reach their potential. She also teaches women's studies and several business classes. Mrs. Sepe has served on staff in Christian school and church ministries for over 25 years, being here at Champion since its beginning days.
